As an external advisor to a construction-tech venture, he drove PR and marketing strategy while leading the integration of international talent — building the organizational foundation from the ground up.

Today, working closely with generative AI specialists, he supports clients across the full arc — dissecting operational workflows, implementing AI, and rebuilding marketing foundations. Beyond delivering methodology, he serves as a PM owning the entire implementation process, from market analysis through on-the-ground operations build-out. Engaged from upstream strategy through execution, he has a proven track record of maximizing clients' brand value.

He continually adapts cutting-edge technology to existing business contexts, driving next-generation organizational practices that respond to shifting market conditions. Mikito began his career developing enterprise systems for the aviation industry — including airport check-in platforms — cultivating hands-on expertise in the design, development, and operation of enterprise-scale systems. He later went independent and founded Tecsia Inc. His current work centers on generative AI application development, AI implementation consulting for enterprises, and the planning and development of corporate AI training programs.

His distinctive strength is practical training design rooted in real-world experience — courses built not merely for knowledge transfer, but to take participants to a level where they can independently resolve their own business challenges.
